Warranty, if Scooterland is replacing/integrating components into existing assemblies, this would be regarded as equipment/component replacement, as such not subject to warranty.
In saying the above, we can offer a limited warranty (One (1) month), the limited warranty can be applied to repair and/or service work with the following caveats;
Limited warranty for repair and/or service work;
1) In the event that the equipment breaks down, an assessment will be required either;

- In a workshop assessment, the customer shall bring the equipment to the company premises during opening hours for assessment.
- An on-site assessment, a call-out charge is applicable to be paid prior to the technician commencing his on-site assessment work.
- The company will provide a quotation to the customer for replacement repairs, the ordering/repairs will proceed only after acceptance of the quote by the customer.

2) The warranty for replacement repairs does not include transportation charges if the company is required;

- To collect the equipment from the customer and bring them back to the workshop for testing/repair replacement.
- To return the equipment to the customer.

3) The warranty for replacement repairs does not include workshop labor;

- For the removal of associated mechanical parts or electrical components to gain access to the equipment.
- For the removal of old equipment and fitting of replacement equipment.
- For the return of associated mechanical parts or electrical components after replacement of the equipment.
- For workshop function test post equipment replacement.

4) The warranty for replacement repairs time frame;

- If replacement equipment is required, it shall be procured and sent from the manufacturer.
- The manufacturer’s response is subject to equipment availability.
- In general, we expect to have equipment available at our workshop in less than 90 days (including shipping).
- In saying the above, we reserve the right to delay how long replacement equipment shall take to obtain.
