Noise Policy

An increase in the operational noise of the Equipment is not considered a fault by itself. This is sometimes a symptom of an underlying fault but is mostly due to the Equipment’s own inherent operating characteristics.

The Company will handle noise-related complaints if they are due to rectifiable faults. But if they are due to the Equipment’s inherent characteristics, the Company may decline to handle such complaints.

The Company will make the final decision on whether the noise is due to an underlying fault or the Equipment’s inherent characteristics.
