TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have trouble with your scooter, you can inspect the following before taking your scooter to the dealer. If you cannot solve the problem, contact your dealer for service and repair.

We are open from 9 am-5 pm (Mon- Fri), 9 -11 am (Sat) except for public holidays. Contact us at 07–5539 2141 or drop off your mobility scooter at our workshop.

Once our technician assessed the problem, Scooterland Mobility will call and advise the possible solutions/remedies available. If replacement parts are required, a quotation will be forwarded. Only upon your acceptance, will we proceed with ordering the necessary spares (if not available) and commence with the repair.

The onsite repair can be arranged for minor ones, but they are usually done in the workshop.

If you are not free to drop it off, we also offer a collection and re-delivery service at an extra fee.

We do repair work for wheelchairs and wheelie walkers too.
