Yes, you may. It’s because we are one of the only mobility aid equipment stores, that can service, fix and repair our products. We have experience and expert knowledge with credentials to back our words, and the honesty to give you the straight answer for any of your inquiries regarding mobility aid equipment ranging from mobility scooters, power & electric wheelchairs, and to the exclusive premium rehab chairs.
There is a steep price for owning a mobility scooter or electric wheelchair, and it could hinder people’s decision on buying said product against their benefit, but fear not, here at Scooterland we offer, Hire before you buy, or if you don’t want to buy, you could just hire from us and we will come running delivering the product you wish to hire. We also offer advice on function, charging, and storing said hired equipment for your own benefit and ours.
Where are we located?
We are located at showroom 6 / 165 Currumburra Road at Ashmore 4214. If it’s not possible for you to come to us, we can schedule an appointment for us to come to you with said mobility aid equipment you bought or hire from us. We have a van that can carry a variety of large and heavy mobility aid equipment at a maximum weight of half a ton which can accommodate any of our client’s products or deliveries. We also make deliveries to Resorts or Tourist Destination per client’s request, at a reasonable rate. Our adaptive equipment can be hired out and be serviced or repaired if necessary with a replacement if any unintentional damage is incurred during the rental period. We offer Mobility Aid Equipment Deliveries to Ashmore / Nerang / Southport / Highland Park / Surfers Paradise / Gold Coast Hinterland / Broadbeach, Burleigh Heads / Robina / Main Beach / Coolangatta / Currumbin / Bilinga / Tugun / Carrara / Helensvale and many other locations across the Gold Coast. We mainly operate around these areas, but we also do Deliveries to Movieworld, Seaworld Resort, and Australia’s Outback.

Our Services
1. Sales of new mobility aids
2. Hiring of aids – Long term, short term, or daily. Delivery /pickup can be requested at a fee.
3. Hiring of aids to theme parks- meet at the theme park at 10:00 am n 4:30 pm to pickup can be arranged.
4. Servicing – Scooters are sold with a 12-month warranty (excl. only 6 mths for battery). Scooters are recommended to carry out 12 monthly services. servicing is at a fee, can be done onsite or workshop. Replacement of parts is extra.
5. Repair – when aid is faulty, a call-out fee is charged or the customer can send aid to the workshop for repair.
